Guiding you towards emotional wellness.

Counselling for Adults and Young People

Welcome! I know that starting something new can be a bit scary but I’m here to help you every step of the way. Whether you’re feeling sad, anxious, angry, unsure about yourself, or dealing with tough times like losing someone or having problems in a relationship, I want you to know you’re not alone. Here at Argyle Counselling, you’ll find a safe space and a compassionate ear.

Our sessions offer a place where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings without fear or embarrassment. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and empowered throughout this process so, as your counsellor, I’ll be listening carefully, providing you with the understanding and encouragement you deserve, all while ensuring that you feel fully supported. Together, we’ll focus on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and discover your own unique path to healing and growth!

Face-to-Face and Online Counselling

Offering counselling for adults and young people from a comfortable space in Rayleigh, Essex. My room is easily accessible by bus, train and car (more information on this can be found on the contact page). In addition to in-person counselling, I also offer online counselling across the UK, allowing me to support you wherever you are!

I’m an integrative counsellor which means I use a variety of therapy techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. This approach acknowledges that everyone is different, and one style of therapy might not work for all.

Key aspects of this approach include:
-Diverse Techniques: I pull from various therapy methods to create a tailored plan.
-Personalised Care: Treatments are customised based on individual preferences and backgrounds.
-Holistic View: I consider emotional, psychological, and social factors.
-Client-Centred: The process encourages open communication and collaboration.
-Adaptable: Techniques evolve with the client’s progress and changing needs.
